Checking why Envoy Daemon Crashes

  1. Quit the Envoy UI and kill the gm-envoy.exe process in Task Manager under the "Details" tab if it’s running
  2. In a CMD window “cd C:\Users\your_username\AppData\Local\Programs\GridMarkets\resources
  3. gm-envoy.exe
  4. Start the Envoy UI and login
  5. Resubmit the job
  6. gm-envoy.exe will presumably crash, so please send the error reported in the CMD window. Thanks.
