Checking why Envoy Service Crashes or Can't Connect/Login

  1. Stop the Envoy Service from the GridMarkets Envoy Launcher
  2. In a CMD window “cd C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\GridMarkets\Envoy”
  3. gm-envoy.exe
  4. Open Envoy UI from the Launcher and login
  5. Resubmit the job
  6. gm-envoy.exe will presumably crash, so please send the error reported in the CMD window. Thanks.
