File retention policy \ Maximum storage space
GridMarkets operates a "fair use" policy and generally allows up to 1TB of storage to be kept in Envoy for 15 days as long as there is activity on a project (i.e. jobs are run and output is generated). However, project files will be purged from the render nodes after 3 days of inactivity. Therefore, if you run any job on a project that has been deleted from the render nodes then the files will need to be resyched from Envoy which may take some time. We'd therefore strongly advise to delete any files from Envoy that are no longer needed, such as results that have already been downloaded, to reduce your job start times.
