Installing plug-ins with Envoy
GridMarkets Envoy contains logic for installing and updating the various GridMarkets plug-ins. To open the Envoy plug-ins view click
GridMarkets in the top bar menu and then
Plugins.
Make sure you have closed the app you are installing the plug-in for. Also please make sure Submit2gm is not running before installing or upgrading any plug-ins (kill it from the tray if needed).
Note that Envoy will only show the app as an option if it detects that you have it installed on your system (meaning the preferences folder exists and it is located under default path). If an app is not showing up even though you have it installed and you are using the default preferences please contact support.
Manual installation of the plug-ins
Although the recommended work-flow for installing our plug-ins is via Envoy if you
have a non standard installation or would just like to install the
plug-ins manually you can refer to the following articles:
