Submitting tickets

Submitting tickets

The GridMarkets Support team uses a ticketing system to receive support requests.  The ticketing system includes an option for specifying the priority of the issue (see an example below) as "high", "medium" or "low."

A "high" priority setting should be used, for example, when an urgent job has failed or there is some other issue that genuinely requires urgent attention.  Please use this priority setting sparingly.  All other issues should be classified as either "medium" or "low" priority.

GridMarkets aims to provide prompt and effect levels of support.  For that reason, we commit to responding to tickets as soon as possible - and to resolve issues quickly as well.
