Syncing process explained \ Fixes for slow sync

As per our file retention policy the files were purged from the render nodes and were being re-synced from Envoy. Please note that the entire project folder will be synced. If you are experiencing slowdowns it's enough to remove any files from your Envoy to make the project folder lighter (as old renders for example, obsolete caches) or upload job to a new project folder.
