Syncing process explained \ Fixes for slow sync
As per our
file retention policy your job(s) took a long time to start as the files were purged from the render nodes and were being re-synced from Envoy. Please note that the entire project folder will be synced, so we strongly recommend stopping any synching jobs, deleting unneeded files (e.g.
old renders or obsolete caches) from Envoy and restarting the jobs, or make a new submission with a new project name.
Hope that helps - apologies for any inconvenience.
